DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We do not accept returns on most products, as all products are custom made to order and/or personalised. There are some exceptions. Please see Shipping & Returns page for more details.

WHAT IS YOU CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME?

Current turn around time is 7-10 days before dispatch. I will do my best to get your order out to you as soon as I can. Please make sure you check your emails and reply promptly. Not doing so may result in your product being delayed.

CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN?

You may change your design during the ‘design process’. Once you have completed your order, I will e-mail you to discuss your design. I will also send you a mock up of the final look. When you have agreed to this, the design can no longer be changed as I will start to make the product.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK THAT IS NOT ON YOUR

WEBSITE?

I will do my best to help in anyway I can. If you are looking for something that isn’t listed on the website (Eg: Cake topper), please e-mail me at Loveleeby@outlook.com to discuss this further.
